What do we do with your information?

When you install the Gulliver research app and register as a tourist, we collect the general demographic information you give us through surveys. We also record your location at regular intervals throughout your trip.

We do not collect any personal information with the exception of an email address if you choose to have your journey history emailed to you.

How do you get my consent?

When you install the Gulliver research app and register as a participant this is taken as your consent to our collecting your location and using it for research on tourist behaviour.

If you complete any of the surveys available through the Gulliver research app this is taken as your consent that this information can be used in research projects and other projects related to demonstrating patterns of tourist behaviour.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at hello@gogulliver.co.

Disclosure

We may disclose your information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Age of concent

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site and app.
